The Water Tower House
A custom home designed for a family of four in Westgate, this project is sited at the top of a 3.21 Acre property with a 100’ slope from top to bottom. Siting the project at the top of the slope allows easy access to the home while providing the lower floors with towering upper floor views to the surrounding forest. One of the homes main design features is a vintage inspired water tower that provides stairs to the upper floor and a play space for the kids. This home has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths: a primary suite, two bedrooms for the kids with a jack and jill bathroom, and a guest bedroom/theater with it's own guest bathroom accessible to the office and loft/playroom, when guest are not in town, maximizing the use of these spaces year round. The home also features a gym next to the primary bedroom, a powder room, laundry room, and a see through fireplace.
