Custom home design for a family retiring in Pronghorn. This home design features a horseshoe layout to facilitate privacy for their pool area. This retirement home was built for family members to visit and stay throughout the year leaving space and privacy for all. With 7,600 SF of living space and 2,400 SF of garage space every space is developed for both friends and family:

Local Context
Pronghorn (now Juniper Preserve) is a gated 640 acre wellness resort community east of Vend Oregon. It is located in a 1,000 year old juniper forest east of the Cascade Mountain Range. The community offers upscale accommodations, golf courses (including the Jack Nicklaus and Tom Fazio), a full service spa, multiple restaurants, The Trailhead clubhouse, and outdoor heated pools, and outdoor activities like hiking, pilates, and yoga. The neighborhood styles consist of a mix of both rustic but modern homes.
